Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to reserve forces, associations established for the purposes of the Auxiliary Forces Act 1953, the discharge of men of the regular army and air force and the qualifications for appointment as deputy lieutenant, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any expenses of the Secretary of State under the said Act of the present Session; and
  2. (b) any increase attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums payable out of such moneys under any other Act.—[Mr. Reynolds.]
