§ The Minister of State, Department of of Education and Science (Mr. Goronwy Roberts)The estimate for annual cost 1851 is £2,500; local education authorities have been invited to order one copy for each secondary school. The Department is preparing further publicity material for use throughout the country and my right hon. Friend has asked each authority to make its own arrangements to meet the particular needs of its area.
