§ 23. Mr. Milneasked the Minister of Transport whether she will state for the year ended 31st March, 1966, in respect of development districts in the North-East the number of applications for grants for which her Department is responsible for the improvement of basic services under section 7 of the Local Employment Act 1960, and the number and cost of those approved, rejected and under consideration, respectively.
§ Mr. John MorrisThree such applications were submitted, involving an estimated total works cost of £322,100. They were still under consideration at the end of the financial year but one, involving an estimated works cost of £20,000, has since been approved.
