§ Mr. PadleyRumanian sterling bonded debt was discussed in the framework of the Anglo-Rumanian financial negotiations which opened in London last month. There is now to be a short pause in these discussions.
On Hungarian bonded debt I have nothing to add to my reply of 21st February.
