Ordered, That this day Business other than the Business of Supply may be taken before Ten o'clock, and, in the case of every Question which, under the provisions of paragraph (4) of Standing Order No. 18 (Business of Supply), the Chairman is directed to put forthwith at half-past Nine o'clock, he shall this day put such Question forthwith so soon as the House has resolved itself into the Committee of Supply.—[The Prime Minister.]
