Resolved,
That the Regulations made by Her Majesty in Council under the Emergency Powers Act 1920 by Order dated 22nd June 1966, a copy of which was laid before this House on 22nd June, shall continue in force, subject however to the provisions of section 2(4) of this said Act.—[Mr. Roy Jenkins.]
