Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for payments in certain circumstances in respect of persons in respect of whom selective employment tax has been paid, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred or deemed to have been incurred by any Minister (including the Treasury) other than the Postmaster General which are attributable to any provision of that Act;
  2. (b) the payment into the Post Office Fund out of moneys so provided of amounts equal to any expenses incurred under that Act by the Postmaster General.—[Mr. Gunter.]
