I thank my hon. Friend for that reply. Does he agree that it's inappropriate, in view of the Franks Commission's revelation of the disinclination of the present Warden to administer it as an educational establishment, for any portion of this money to go to All Souls' College, Oxford?

All Souls' College, Oxford, like other Oxford and Cambridge colleges, is not in receipt of Exchequer grant.
