§ Mr. MacCollThis is now a matter for the board. It says that contract documents will be completed shortly and that the work is expected to begin within the next two months.
§ Sir J. Langford-HoltWould the hon. Gentleman make sure that no further delay occurs? He will be aware that this matter has been both urgent and pending for about two years and that as yet nothing has started.
§ Mr. MacCollI know the hon. Gentleman's concern about it, but it is now well within the board's competence to get on with the matter.
