§ Mr. TaverneI beg to move Amendment No. 2, in page 4, line 12, at end insert:
(3) The 1925 Act shall have effect as if the registrar and any assistant registrar of criminal appeals were included in Part 1 of Schedule 3 of that Act (officers to whom special provisions as to appointment, retirement and pension apply).(4) Without prejudice to the last foregoing subsection, the registrar, any assistant registrar and any deputy assistant registrar of criminal appeals shall be officers of the Supreme Court and, without prejudice to section 110 of the 1925 Act (attachment of officers for duties) shall be attached to the Court of Appeal.
