RobinsonAs regards ancillary staff in respect of whom direct payments are to be made under the National Health Service, and trainee assistants, refund will 20 be made as part of the payments for the staff concerned. As regards other staff employed for National Health Service purposes, the cost of the tax will be taken into account in future reviews of remuneration.
