§ Mr. DarlingI share the hon. Lady's disquiet about this case. The Board of Trade inspectors produced their report in October 1963. It was then sent to the police, which, of course, precluded publication, and the papers are now being considered by counsel. We are doing our best to speed up the proceedings.
