Friend bear in mind that although there has been a very welcome increase, I understand, there was a lack of correlation between housing and industry a couple of years ago with the result that about 100 houses are now standing idle? Will he bear that in mind when considering future applications for I.D.C.s?
§ Mr. DarlingYes, Sir. As my hon. Friend knows, we have had discussions with the King's Lynn Council and the Greater London Council and we are doing everything we can to improve phasing of housing and industrial development.
