With permission, Mr. Speaker, I should like to make a short business statement.

Following the withdrawal of early-day Motion No. 91, the business for Monday, 14th February, will now be as follows:

Remaining stages of the National Health Service Bill.

Progress with the remaining stages of the Universities (Scotland) Bill, which, if not already disposed of, will be brought to a conclusion at Ten o'clock.

Motions on the Weights and Measures (Solid Fuel) (Carriage by Rail) Order, the (Exemption) (Milk) Order, and on the Double Taxation Relief Order.

The Business on Thursday, 17th February will be:

Completion of the remaining stages of the National Insurance Bill, and, if necessary, of the Universities (Scotland) Bill.

Report and Third Reading of the Local Government (Pecuniary Interests) (Scotland) Bill, and of the Post Office Savings Bank Bill.

Second Reading of the Statute Law Revision Bill [Lords], and the Mines (Working Facilities and Support) Bill [Lords], which are Consolidation Measures.
