Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision with respect to persons driving or being in charge of motor vehicles after consuming alcohol and with respect to good vehicles, it is expedient to authorsie the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred

by the Minister of Transport under the provisions of that Act relating to goods vehicles.—[Mr. Swingler.]
