§ Mr. SwinglerIt is difficult to say, because a supplementary compulsory purchase order was necessary here, and how swiftly it can be started depends now on the speed of the land negotiations. But, as I said, if everything goes well, the work is planned to start in June, and it will be carried through as swiftly as possible.
