§ Mr. HefferOn a point of order. This is a matter for your guidance, Mr. Speaker. In view of the fact that a number of objections have been raised by hon. Members other than those from the Merseyside area to the Liverpool Corporation Bill, and in view of the fact that the Bill has the support of all three parties in the Liverpool area, plus the over-whelming majority of the people, I should like to know whether anything can be done at this stage to enable us to know precisely what these objections are.
§ Mr. SpeakerOrder. This is not a matter for the Chair. It is in order for an hon. Member to take objection to a Measure or to seek to have it debated.
