asked the Minister of Power how the price of gas in Scotland compares with the price in other areas.

Four boards have a higher average revenue per therm and seven lower.

Mr. Taylor

Is the Minister aware that Scotland is facing an extra increase of 13 per cent.? What steps is he taking to protect consumers in Scotland from the inefficiency known there for years and outlined in the prices Report No. 7?

Mr. Lee

I think the hon. Member is being unfair. He ought to give all the conclusions of Report No. 7 rather than be so selective.
