Friend aware that there has been considerable delay in giving these views, that British Railways has been awaiting the views of the Ministry of Transport, that the Ministry has been awaiting the views of the Welsh Economic Council and that the plans of local authorities have been held up for a long time, because of the uncertainty about this railway line?
