asked the Secretary of State for Defence when he next proposes to visit Borneo.

I have just returned.

I am at least pleased about that. Will the right hon. Gentleman repeat what he has said to my hon. Friend the Member for Hendon, North (Sir Ian Orr-Ewing), since we should hear two or three times from him that he does not propose to go back on the Treaty with Brunei as he has on some of our other undertakings?

That last remark is beneath contempt.
