§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster continues to be a Foreign Office Minister and will be working directly 535 under the guidance of my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary. But, of course, there are economic considerations. As for the job they have been given; I cannot improve on what I said last Friday as to their relations with Europe.
