Friend aware that at the recent conference of the Health Visitors Association at Cheltenham some very critical observations were made about the use in certain local authorities of the At Risk Register? While the principle was in no way discounted, it was felt that some guidance might be needed in certain areas.
§ Mr. LoughlinWe are not aware of the criticism which was made. If my hon. Friend will let me have details I will look at it.
