I beg to move, Amendment No. 7, in page 7, line 31, at the end to add: (4) References in this Act to any enactment shall, except where the context otherwise requires, be construed as references to that enactment as amended by or under any other enactment, including this Act. This is a common form provision which it is desirable, on reflection, to include in the Bill in view of the numerous references to Acts and provisions of Acts which have been amended.
