956 The first Amendment and that immediately following it are drafting Amendments designed simply to make it clear that the provisions of Part II of Schedule 3, which are to cease to have effect on the coming into force of the Regulations, are the provisions specified in the third column of the Schedule and not the whole of the Acts specified in the second column. They are, in effect, no more than clarifications. The third Amendment is consequential upon the first two.

Amendment No. 3, in line 26, leave out from "any" to "shall" in line 27 and insert:
