Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law with respect to the supplementation of workmen's compensation, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament, subject to the provision made by section 61 of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965 for reimbursement out of the Industrial Injuries Fund, of any increase attributable to that Act of the present Session in the expenses of the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance or any other Government department which are so payable under the said section 61 as applied by the Workmen's Compensation (Supplementation) Act 1951 or the Pneumoconiosis and Byssinosis Benefit Act 1951.—[Mr.Harold Davies]
