§ Mr. LeadbitterIn thanking the Minister for the very encouraging information he has conveyed to the House, may I ask him to bear in mind that over 50 per cent. of the unemployed in The Hartlepools are over 40 years of age, and that we in this constituency are very concerned about the incidence and consequences of port redevelopment? We have a considerably large number of unemployed in The Hartlepools compared with the national average. For these reasons would he assure the House of his continuing interest—
