§ Mr. RossThe preliminary report on the North-East will be submitted very soon to the Planning Council. As to the second part of his Question, I would refer the hon. Member to the Answer I gave to the hon. Member for Perth and East Perthshire (Mr. MacArthur) on 15th March.
