§ Mr. Denis HowellFourteen local education authorities have requested increases in their teacher quotas for January, 1966, to help them in staffing schools with substantial numbers of immigrant children from the Commonwealth and elsewhere. Thirteen of these authorities have received increases for this purpose, and one application is still being considered.
