That this day Business other than the Business of Supply may be taken before Ten o'clock, and the provisions of paragraph (5) of Standing Order No. 18 (Business of Supply) shall not apply; but with respect to each Resolution reported from the Committee of Supply, Mr. Speaker shall put forthwith the Question, That this House doth agree with the Committee in the said Resolution.—[Wr.
