asked the Minister of Land and Natural Resources what is the net value of the property, rights and liabilities transferred to him under Statutory Instrument No. 143, 1965.

Mr. Willey

The Order transfers to me no interests in property, and no liabilities except for future payments of salaries and grants.

Mr. Costain

Are we to take it that no property at all has been transferred tinder these Statutory Instruments?
