§ Mr. HealeyThe R.A.F. already occasionally makes flights to and from the Far East across the longer North American route. We are currently considering what arrangements might be necessary to enable us, with the agreement of the United States and Canadian Governments, to make greater use of such routes, if need be, in the future.
