§ That a sum, not exceeding £12,870,000 (including a Supplementary sum of £768,000), be granted to Her Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1966, for expenditure by the Foreign Office on sundry grants and services, including subscriptions, &c., to certain international organisations and certain grants in aid. [£9,184,000 has been voted on account.]
