HC Deb 19 July 1965 vol 716 c1117
Mr. Speaker

Mr. Pannell, statement.

Mr. Godber

On a point of order Mr. Speaker, may I ask whether you have received any request from the Minister of Labour to answer my Question No. 68 dealing with the "go-slow" on the railways? May I reinforce my request for a statement by drawing attention to the way in which many thousands of people are suffering great inconvenience at the present time? Should the House not, therefore, be entitled to a statement today?

Mr. Speaker

It is not for me to say whether we should have a statement or not. What I can say is that I have not received any request to make one. Mr. Pannell.
