§ That with effect from 16th October, 1964, provision should be made for 558 reducing the amount of relief from income tax under Part III of the Finance Act, 1956 (retirement and other annuities) in respect of qualifying premiums paid by a Member of the House of Commons who holds office as Chairman or Deputy-Chairman of Ways and Means.
