Mr. Speaker, with your permission and that of the House, I wish to make a business statement.

Following the tabling of the Opposition censure Motion, the business for next Wednesday and Thursday has been rearranged as follows:

WEDNESDAY, 24TH FEBRUARY—Second Reading of the Overseas Development and Service Bill, of the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Bill, and of the Backing of Warrants (Republic of Ireland) Bill [Lords].

Motion on the National Insurance (Mariners) (Amendment) Regulations.

THURSDAY, 25TH FEBRUARY—Opposition censure Motion relating to the Home Secretary's decision on Local Government Boundaries in Northampton.

At about Seven o'clock, remaining stages of the Armed Forces (Housing Loans) Bill, and of the Administration of Justice Bill [Lords].
