§ 2. Mr. William Yatesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he has decided to give loan sanction 1842 to Wellington Urban District Council in order that it may bring up to date its sub-standard property in Regent Street and Urban Gardens, Wellington.

It may be necessary to consult it on one or two aspects but he hopes to write soon to say that a formal application for loan sanction will be approved.
