asked the Minister of Public Building and Works whether he will list the married quarters for service personnel overseas which are at present under construction, together with the completion of married quarters for the years ended September, 1964 and September, 1965, respectively.

As the list is long, I will, with permission, circulate it in the OFFICIAL REPORT.

While thanking the hon. Gentleman for that reply, may I ask him if he can state whether since the Ministry took over the building of these married quarters from the Service Departments, there has been a speed-up in building?

Only 34 were built in the year ending September, 1964, whereas in the year ending September, 1965, 1,023 were built.
