§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsThe Welsh Tourist and Holiday Association is engaged on a three-year research programme made possible by a substantial Government grant. My right hon. Friend is convinced that this industry has a great potential in Wales. I should like to take this opportunity of paying a warm tribute to Dr. Huw T. Edwards, who has just retired from the chairmanship of the Association, and to welcome his successor, Mr. D. J. Davies, of Cardiff.
