asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs when he intends to visit Latin America.

Mr. M. Stewart

I have no definite plans to visit Latin America, but I hope to do so before very long.

Mr. Dell

While welcoming my right hon. Friend's reply, may I ask him whether he will, following the recent successful visit of President Frei of Chile, seek all possible means of improving relations with Latin America, especially bearing in mind the increasing importance of that continent in world affairs?

Mr. Stewart

Yes, Sir; we are very conscious of that.
