Motion made, and Question, 15. That amendments shall be made in Chapter II of Part II of the Finance Act 1962 (Case VII of Schedule D) and in particular—

  1. (a) amendments enlarging the classes of assets which are chargeable assets for the purposes of Case VII, and
    2. 310
  2. (b) amendments bringing within Case VII the acquisition and disposal of an asset where the disposal occurs up to twelve months after the acquisition (instead, in the case of all assets other than land, of up to six months).—[Mr. Callaghan.]
