§ Mr. BraineI cannot at present add to the information I gave to the hon. and learned Member during the debate on the Adjournment on 9th April last.
§ Mr. FootDoes not the hon. Gentleman realise that this is a situation of great and increasing urgency? Can he give any indication as to when he will be able to make a further statement?
§ Mr. BraineThe regional hospital board is dealing with the matter as quickly as possible. It is currently engaged in private discussions with the medical staff concerned. In those circumstances, I do not think that I should say any more. I am aware of the need to get on, and I will keep the hon. and learned Gentleman informed.
