§ 14. That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £1,900,000, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1964, for expenditure, including a grant in aid, beyond the sum 1323 already provided in the grants for Air Services for the year.
