§ Mr. HendryI beg to move, in page 7, line 18, to leave out from "of" to the end of line 20 and to insert:
the principal of loans (but not any payment of interest of loans)".This is an Amendment which I undertook in Committee that I would make on Report to put it beyond any doubt that a capital fund built up by a local authority might be used to provide money for the repayment of the principal of loans but should not be used properly for the payment of interest on loans.
