§ Mr. D. PriceI beg to move, in page 26, line 26, at the end to insert:
In this subsection 'representations' has the same meaning as in section 10 of this Act, and references to making representations shall be construed accordingly".This is a consequential Amendment on the new subsection (3) which we added to Clause 10 and, therefore, is in response to the point raised by my hon. and learned Friend the Member for Liverpool, Garston (Mr. Bingham).
