Mrs. ButlerSince this is a comparatively new idea in this country and needs special encouragement, is it not most unfortunate that embryo societies that have been trying to get going have been frustrated in this way? Can the Minister speed things up, and issue the rules in a few days? I understand that they are all ready.
§ Sir K. JosephI regret the delay—it has been a complicated legal matter to get the rules ready—but the interested associations have had guidance from the National Federation which has enabled them to get going.
