Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many drivers of motor-cars, motor-cycles, motor coaches and goods vehicles, respectively, were prosecuted, and how many convicted, for exceeding the speed limit or crossing a road junction against the traffic lights, respectively, in the Metropolitan Police District in the years 1961, 1962, 1963 and to the latest convenient date in 1964.
