§ The Prime MinisterNo special action is required on my behalf, because action is already being taken by my right hon. Friend. That is the answer to the first part of the hon. Gentleman's supplementary question. The answer to the second part is that we have agreed and accepted the proposal that 250,000 extra persons should be released for day release classes, and that is what was recommended by the Henniker Heaton Report.
