Is the right hon. and learned Gentleman now pruning it, or is it merely the case that there are not enough clerks and adding machines in either the U.G.C. or the right hon. and learned Gentleman's office?
§ Mr. HoggSettlement of these matters must take into account the needs of thirty-seven separate universities and university institutions, which have to be consulted.
