Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the law relating to dealers in scrap metal and similar goods, and to dealers in marine stores, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to the provisions of the said Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided by way of Rate-deficiency Grant or Exchequer Equalisation Grant under the enactments relating to local government in England and Wales or in Scotland.—[Miss Pike.]
