Resolution reported, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision with respect to the departments and salaries of certain Ministers, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament—

  1. (a) of any increase attributable to provisions of the said Act of the present Session in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under the Ministers of the Crown Act 1937 or any other enactment which provides for the salaries of Ministers;
  2. (b) of any sums payable under the said Act of the present Session out of moneys so provided in respect of the expenses of Ministers, including salaries or remuneration of members of their departments.
